Private MD is located in El Dorado Hills, about 30 minutes south via Highway 65 to I-80 and then east on Highway 50. Dr. Nishant Sahni is a board-certified internist and former Mayo Clinic and University of Minnesota faculty who keeps his patient panel intentionally small. That means you get the kind of medical attention that used to be the standard: unhurried appointments, visits that last 30 to 60 minutes, and a physician who truly knows you and your health history.
For Lincoln residents, virtual visits reduce the need to make the drive for every interaction. Routine follow-ups, medication adjustments, and minor health questions can all be handled from the comfort of home. You also have direct continuity with your physician between appointments, so the small things get handled without scheduling a separate visit.
